The Small Print

Payment:   You can pay using credit/debit cards or Paypal on my secure payment site. You don’t need to have a Paypal account set up – just choose the option to pay by card. All transactions are processed through Paypal for added peace of mind.

Giftwrapping:   If you are buying glass as a gift, let me know and I will giftwrap it accordingly with a card and message from you.

Delivery:  Delivery within the UK is free. All glass items in the shop are in stock in my gallery and will be posted out within two days of payment clearance. Orders for delivery within the UK are sent Royal Mail first class – items usually received the next working day but please allow up to 3 days for delivery.

Please contact me for prices for international shipping. 

Returns: I’m happy when you are…. in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email me within 24 hours to let me know. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 7 days. Proof of postage should be obtained. Refunds or exchanges will then be issued further to your instruction.

Privacy:   Any information collected about you is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be forwarded to third parties. No payment information is stored. All payments are processed by the SSL secure server Paypal.
