Description
A kiln-formed landscape of Llangrannog in blues, greens and lilac.
Carreg Bica stands in the bay at Llangrannog – a distinctive and evocative part of the west Wales coastline. It hold precious memories for so many people – of warm summer afternoons or blustery winter mornings. Choughs are often spotted dancing on the breeze along the clifftops.
Streams of deep indigo bubbles ripple across the sea and sky, each a tiny time capsule from the day the panel was fired. The landscape is painted on a white glass which gives a wonderful translucency to the piece.
You could have this window onto a very special place all year round, sitting on a windowsill catching the sunlight, or on a shelf or mantelpiece with a light behind.
